Description

This helpdesk website was constructed as part of my final year dissertation. The main focus of my dissertation was initially about online helpdesks and how none of the current ones on offer totally conformed to standards and continued to rely on table based layouts as apposed to CSS and Div`s for positioning.

Although every effort was made to ensure the site conformed to standards there were slight problems mainly due to the use of .Net and its reluctance to output information the way you want it. This slight problem is due to be addressed in the next release of .net which is due soon.

The site was constructed using HTML, CSS, .NET (ASP.net) and SQL Server
